Similar to weddings, the projects she has managed have varied in size $10k to $30mm. The complexity of past projects has allowed her to hone her organization and orchestration skills, which led to meeting stringent timelines and client needs. She no longer chooses to manage projects in the financial sector specifically for the skill of doing so, as her personal passion has always focused on being creative; making people happy and living a life she has dreamed. Raquel specifically chose this industry as a lifestyle business and something that would leverage her superior planning skills and her desire to work along side and with people who are happy; like every day is a holiday or your Birthday, but much bigger; it’s the day that celebrates joining two lives, building a future together in love. Prior to her project management experience, other roles include experience at a florist and a high-end retail fashion boutique.
